- ELIGIBILITY; ENTRIES: Subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations, the drawing is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families (including household members) of EasyFile.com (Sponsor) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.
Entrants must have and maintain a valid email address. Customers of EasyFile.com and its affiliates are automatically entered into the drawing. Persons wishing to enter that are not customers of EasyFile.com and its affiliates may do so by completing the online entry form located at EasyFile.com or by mailing an EasyFile.com iPod Giveaway Official Entry Form (available on EasyFile.com) to the address on the entry form. Official Entry Forms can also be obtained by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to iPod Giveaway, EasyFile.com, Post Office Box 460293, San Antonio, Texas 78246.
Only one entry allowed per person. If multiple entries are received from the same person via any allowed entry method, only the first entry received will be entered in the drawing. Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. Any attempt by an individual to enter the drawing electronically via a "robot" script or other brute-force attack will result in that entry(ies), email address(es) and IP address(es) becoming ineligible.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or failure or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by participants via the Internet.

- OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES; OFFICIAL RULES: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the drawing, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to amend the rules of this contest and / or end it any time.
- PRIZE; DRAWING: The exact type, style and number number of prizes to be awarded will be at Sponsors sole discretion. At least one prize will be awarded. At least one winner will receive an Apple iPodŽ. Approximate retail value: $300.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries accepted and prizes to be awarded. The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with these rules. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor and Sponsor's decision will be final.
The winner will be notified by Sponsor via email within 2 weeks after the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to get in touch with the winner after two attempts, then an alternate winner will be selected. The winner must allow 4 weeks for the prize to be delivered. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution or cash alternative of the prize is allowed. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
